Main duties and responsibilities

Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung der internen sowie externen Kommunikation
Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Online Marketing- und Content-Strategien
Betreuung des Online-Marketings (SEO, SEA, Social Media)
Planung und Steuerung von Marketingprojekten und -kampagnen
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von redaktionellen Inhalten (Kunden- und Mitarbeitenden-Magazin sowie Vertriebsunterlagen)
Schnittstellenfunktion zu unseren internen Partnern sowie im Unternehmensnetzwerk
Briefing, Steuerung und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und Agenturen

Key competences

Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Medienkommunikation / Journalismus / Marketingkommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Marketing, in der Unternehmenskommunikation und im Bereich Social Media Content-Management (MetaBusiness)
Erste Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing und in der Content-Produktion – gerne auch im Bereich Audio-Content (z. B. Podcast-Produktion, Audio-Schnitt, Storytelling)
Ein gutes Gespür für visuelle Kommunikation, technische Affinität sowie Projektmanagementkenntnisse von Vorteil
Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise TYPO3 und Wordpress
Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes Textgefühl mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
